Get Up to 15 Award Nights Anywhere In the World

Looking for a sign-up bonus that will get you the most free stays? We’ve broken down how to stay the most with some of the most popular hotel brands in properties around the world.

Get Up to 15 Award Nights At Hilton Hotels

American Express’ Hilton Honors Surpass card is currently offering 75,000 Hilton Honors points to new card-members who spend $3,000 on the card in the first three months.

These cards also allow you to earn Honors points on everyday purchases, as well as 6-12x bonus points on stays at Hilton properties. There are also some very generous signup bonuses attached to these cards that can get you several free nights at Hilton properties.

You can redeem Honors points for stays at over 3,900 hotels worldwide. You can choose to get completely free nights using only points, or book a cash+points option to reduce your out of pocket expenses.

Stays begin at 5,000 points per night, so if it’s number of stays that you’re aiming for, you can get up to 15 award stays with your Hilton Surpass sign-up bonus. If it’s luxury stays you want, you can find properties for 70,000 points or more.

Get Up to 12 Award Nights At Starwood Preferred Guest Hotels

Starwood Preferred Guest is one of the best rewards programs out there in terms of offering a reasonable award chart. Category 1 hotels start at just 3,000 points per night or 2,000 for weekend nights. That’s pretty incredible considering most other programs require at least 5,000 points for their lowest category hotels.

Right now, the Starwood Preferred Guest credit card from American Express is offering 25,000 bonus Starpoints for people who spend $3,000 on the card in the first three months.

If you’re looking to stretch that bonus into the most stays possible, it may be best to use this card’s awards points when you’re traveling abroad. That’s where you’ll find SPG’s best Category 1 hotels and get up to 12 award nights on your vacation if you nab several 2,000 point nights.

Earn Up to 13 Free Nights at Marriott Hotels

At Marriott hotels, award stays range from 6,000 points all the way up to 45,000 points, depending on the property. PointSaver awards are available at select properties.

Currently, the Marriott Rewards Premier Credit Card is offering 80,000 bonus points for new customers who spend $3,000 on the card in the first three months. If you stretch the bonus out with Category 1 stays at 6,000 points a piece, you can get up to 13 free nights.

If you’re looking to start earning the maximum number of free stays, these cards are a good place to start. They have solid hotel offerings at budget prices, and cards that allow you to keep earning free nights the more you use them.
