Smuggler’s Cove is a special place on Washington’s Whidbey Island offering a peaceful view overlooking the lagoon, the Sound and the Olympics beyond. This special place at one point served as a transit point for Chinese immigrants heading for Seattle, but wanting to avoid the immigration station at Pt. Townsend.
